こちらは水天宮のロイヤルパークホテル内にあります。
翌日の朝食用にチーズブールとオランジュブリオッシュ、クリームチーズカンパーニュを購入。
チーズブールは中にチェダーチーズがたっぷりゴロゴロと入っています。オーブンでカリッと焼き上げると、チーズもとろけてふわっとした生地とうまく絡み合い美味です^_^
クリームチーズカンパニーュはプチカンパーニュの中にベーコンとクリームチーズが入ってます。比較的柔らかめのカンパーニュなので焼かずにそのまま食べるのがオススメです。
最後にオランジュブリオッシュ。頭にオレンジのスライスの乗ったかわいいビジュアルです。中にオレンジ風味のカスタードがたっぷりと入っています。表面だけカリッとオーブンで温めてて食べると、とろける甘いカスタードと爽やかオレンジの香り風味豊かなブリオッシュ生地が見事にマリアージュしてとても美味しくいただけます。
