相変わらず嫌になるほどの猛暑のお昼時にやってきたのは、人形町の路地にある「くらのあかり」
前回からしばらく間が開いたけれど、人形町の“お蔵検め”もこれで４軒目にしてこれが最後ということになりそうです
店内に入って空いている席に着き、ほぼノールックで私がオーダーしたのは、今週の週変わりという「豚の生姜焼き定食(850円)」
もともとこんな中途半端なお店で牛たん料理をいただく気はないし、牛カルビ重やカレーなどは既にお試し済みで、実は、今日こちらに来る気になったのも、昨日お店の前のランチ掲示を見て、週変わりの定食が「豚の生姜焼き」だと知ったからですからね
で、ほどなくやってきた「豚の生姜焼き定食」
一応牛たん料理を扱うお店だからということか、ごはんは麦飯で、長芋らしき緩そうなとろろもちょっとばかり添えられています
生姜焼きは豚の小間切れ肉と玉ねぎを炒めたもので、私の好きなタイプだし、いただいてみればそれなりに美味しいけれど、どこか小さくまとまっている感は否めません
さすがにこれをストライクゾーン低めギリギリとまでは言わないけれど、これもまた飲食資本ならではの低めに抑えたコントロールなんだろうね
