備忘録です。
蕎麦屋でカツ丼のセットが食べたいと思って入ったが、こちらのセットはしらす丼かネギトロ丼でした。まあいいかと、ネギトロ丼とかけ蕎麦のランチセットを注文。
お蕎麦は、麺はあまり蕎麦の香り高くはないものの喉越しがよく、おつゆが優しい塩味で出汁の旨みがしっかりしていてなかなか美味しかった。
丼はねっとりしたネギトロは臭みもなく、これも上々。
綺麗な店内で品のいい蕎麦ランチがいただけるので、使い勝手の良さそうなお店ですね。
