ここは混むのでお腹を空かせて早めの時間に入りました٩(ˊᗜˋ*)وｲｴｰｲ
早めに訪問しといて大正解★どんどんお客さんが入ってきます。
人気のお店ではあるが、店員さんの数もそろっているので混雑っぷりは無く気持ちよく食事が出来ます。
本日は「銀だら京粕漬定食」を頂きます♡
どんどん焼いているのでしょうね。時間はそこまでかからずに着丼しました。

魚ってやっぱり日本人を感じる瞬間でもありますよね？
時代は変わり、毎日和食を食べることはなくなってしまったけどやっぱり美味しい魚を食べると体が欲しているのが分かります。
メインの銀ダラは皮まで美味しく頂きます。
程よく脂ののった美味しい銀だら、もちろん焼き加減もばっちりです。
箸を入れるとすっーと切れ、いい香りが立ち上ります。
