以前訪れた際は、節分の日でお店がやっていませんでした。それ以来のリベンジになります。
・混雑状況
休日の14時に訪れましたが、ほぼ満席でギリギリ入店。自分の後に来た方は待っておられました。
・注文
にもの丼 1210円
目の前にマグロ丼等の王道海鮮丼の誘惑がありながらも、こちらのお店の名物を初志貫徹で注文しました。特に歯応えのある煮タコと身がホロホロな煮穴子が美味しかったです。その他にも煮ホタテ、煮えびと具材が豊富。あと、何か分からず申し訳ないですが、にんじんのような見た目の食べ物は酸味が強く、ガリ以上に口のリセットがされます。おすましは身に染みる優しさの中にも強さを感じる味で絶品でした。結論、まだ生の海鮮丼の方が好きですが、歳を重ねてから再度訪れた際には感じ方も違うかもしれません。
