会社引っ越し前に人形町～水天宮付近の居酒屋を巡る日々…
以前から再訪したかった、こちらのさつまさんにお邪魔しました。
新宿に務める夫が向かってる間、まずは一人で前割をグラスで一杯。
この前割、その名のとおり、飲む直前ではなく、事前に焼酎とお水を割っておくスタイル。
少々癖のある芋焼酎が先に水となじんでいるのでとても飲みやすくなるのです。
以前鹿児島の芋焼酎バーに行ったとき、実は焼酎の癖が気になり…。米もしくは麦ばかりをチョイスしていたのですが、ここで前割と出会ってからは芋のおいしさに目覚めました！ありがたや、ありがたや…
この日のお通しは油揚げの肉巻き。おっきな銀杏も入っていて、ほくほくの状態で出してくださいました。うーん、お酒が進みます。
そして鶏のたたき。いい具合に皮が焦げていて火加減が絶妙です。この甘みが、焼酎に合う…。合流した夫とあっという間に平らげました。
それから念願の馬刺し！！！九州のあまーい醤油にこれまた合う…。一口で悶絶…。そして言わずもがな、焼酎に抜群に合う…。この旨さに言葉はいりませんね。本日のおすすめ品だったしまアジのお刺身も分厚く切ってあってコリっと甘くておいしすぎます。いやー、肉も魚もうまくて、焼酎もおいしくて、ここが人形町であることを忘れそうになります。
最後は黒豚のせいろ蒸しをチョイス。
先にお鍋を沸騰させ、その上に具材を置いてしばらく蒸す…
この時間のなんと長く感じることよ…ｗｗｗ
黒豚が美味しいのは当たり前。それより蒸した野菜のおいしさたるや…
豚から出た旨みがしっかり白菜にしみわたっていて、２人前で結構な量でしたがあっさりさっぱり、あっという間に平らげてしまいました。
すべて美味しかったです。会話がなくなるほどに（笑）
唯一残念なのは喫煙ＯＫなところと、これはお店の責任ではないですがたまたま居合わせた団体客が小うるさかったので雰囲気は☆２つとさせていただきました。
ただ人形町でさつま料理と本格的な前割が楽しめる唯一無二のお店に代わりないです。
この界隈でお仕事されていて、来店されていない方、焼酎好きな方には強くお勧めいたします。
