11月１日１８：００同僚と人形町にやってきた。甘酒横丁の先の路地を入った右側に「さつま」の看板があった。一階はレトロな居酒屋だが、「さつま」は２階にある。１０席程度のテーブルと５人程度のカウンター席、そして座敷が２０人くらい入れるだろうか。
まずはビールからスタート。中には焼酎「佐藤」からスタートする猛者も。今日は鹿児島出身の本格派も参加しており、大将も若干気合が入り気味か。料理は、どなたかが書いていたようにお酒に合うものばかり。
特筆は、さつま揚げ！ふっくらしていてとても香りがいい。厚揚げも最高。ふんわりとしたあげ方をしておかかに醤油をかけてぱくりと食べるとこれまた香ばしい。黒豚の角煮は濃厚な醤油につけられており、これまたほっくりとして焼酎に会う。焼きそばもうまいし、トマトサラダは１人前でえ！こんなにというくらいの量が出てきました。とにかく酒の魚は抜群に旨い。その上、希少な「熟柿」という焼酎も堪能させていただきました。やはり人形町、渋くて旨い店がありますね。また行きたいと思います。
