素晴らしい接客のお店でした
チェーン居酒屋「鳥元」に初めて訪問しましたがとても素晴らしい内容でした。
店はチェーン店の中では良い部類。
座席配置にも余裕があり、重厚感があります。
個室も多く、最低限の接待にも使えそうです。
何よりうれしいのが、食材が全て国産であること
「中国産は一切使用しません」「全て日本国産です」との表記はとても嬉しいです。
肝心の料理はどれも少々高い感がありますが国産であれば納得
様々なメニューがありますが、純和風のメニューはとても美味しいものばかりでした
さつま揚げは揚げたて、蕎麦はとても美味しい！
お酒の種類も豊富で、地ビール有り、ホッピーもありと何から何まで揃っています。
私が好きな、日本酒の品揃えもなかなかでしたが
同も味が偏っている印象、そして値段設定が高めの印象
この点は改善してもらえるとありがたいのですが…
そして、最も素晴らしかったのが接客
これは店員の当たりはずれがあるとは思いますが、
対応してくれた店員さんの気遣い、サービスは完璧でした
久しぶりに良い接客を受けたと感じました。
あとは、なかなか広いお店なので禁煙席を作ってほしいなぁと思います。
チェーン店ながらはまってしまいそうな勢いです。

チェーン店なので堅苦しくないけど、ちょうど落ち着く雰囲気
フグのひれ酒とサラダをつまんで満足
