人形町駅A6出口からすぐのところにある、ダイニングレストラン。
アメリカの文化を意識した内装が施されており、お洒落な内観となっております。
■メニュー
お店の名物メニューはハンバーグ。
ソースが色々な種類用意されており、ブラウンソースやシャリアピンソース、イタリアントマトチーズ、おろし柚子胡椒などがあるようです。
ハンバーグ以外には、ポークソテーやパスタなどの洋食メニューが並びます。
この日頂いたのは、シャリアピンハンバーグ（1,000円）
ライス大盛りが無料とのことだったので、そちらも合わせてオーダーしました。
■感想
注文からおよそ7,8分ほどでハンバーグが登場。
アツアツの鉄板に盛り付けられており、ソースがジュワジュワと音を立てていて食欲がそそられます。
お肉は同じく人形町にある老舗肉屋「日山」さんで調達しているようで、肉の旨味がしっかりとあります。
玉ねぎの甘みが強く出ているシャリアピンソースと合わさり、絶妙な美味しさでした。
ご飯にもよく合いました。
ニンジンやインゲン、コーンなどの野菜が取れるのも嬉しいポイント。
とくにニンジンは柔らかく、甘みがありました。
気軽に本格ハンバーグを食べられるお店として、重宝しそうです。
