仕事で人形町に来たので、2013年5月から2016年4月の３年間の日本橋勤務時代、毎週通っていた人形町駅A6出口の向かいにある「レストランバーライズ」に七年ぶりの訪問。ここのシャリアピンハンバーグステーキが超ウマウマ。肉肉しくて、フォークを入れると肉汁がジュワーと溢れ出しシャリアピンソースが濃厚で絶妙。昔は900円だった気がするが1100円に値上がりしてるし、昔は無料のご飯お代わりも100円になっているが、昔と変わらぬ美味さ。僕の中では一番のハンバーグ。チーズ焼きチキンソテーもお勧め
