今回は友人と一緒に、人形町にある「もつ鍋やましょう」を訪れました。このお店は2006年に東京進出１号店としてオープンし、人形町交差点からほど近い場所に位置しています。和モダンのインテリアでまとめられた店内は、居心地の良さを感じさせます。
今回私たちが注文したのは、「元祖黒豚と白菜のミルフィーユ鍋」です。この鍋は1998年から始められた逸品で、黒豚ではなく白菜が主役として活躍します。鹿児島産の黒豚から出汁を含んだ白菜が、季節によって九州産や長野県産が使用され、味わいも変化します。そのため、季節ごとに異なる素材を楽しめるのが魅力です。
店内では九州各地から集まる食材を使った「九州のおいしい詰め合わせ」が提供されており、私たちはその豊富なラインナップに目を奪われました。
鍋が運ばれてくると、その香りに誘われて一気にテーブルの雰囲気が盛り上がります。濃厚な出汁と新鮮な食材が絶妙に絡み合い、口の中で広がる味わいに感動しました。友人たちと笑顔で鍋を囲み、九州の美味しい料理を心ゆくまで堪能しました。ご馳走様でした。
