平日夜に訪問し、そのまま入店できました。
21時過ぎに訪問したので、早い時間に行く方は事前予約をオススメします。
日本橋・人形町でもつ鍋といったら、やましょうさんです。
もつ鍋は醤油・味噌味から選ぶことができます、
醤油を選択し、店員さんに席で作っていただきました。
具材はたっぷりのもつ、キャベツ、にら、
ごぼう、鷹の目、にんにくともつ鍋の王道です！
もつは新鮮でぷるんぷるんでとても美味しかったです✨
しっかり〆まで美味しくいただきました！
また一品料理も美味しいところもおすすめポイントです。
中でも印象に残っているのが、人気メニューの"ごまぶり"と
味がしみしみでお酒が進む"和牛スジの煮込"です！
