さんにお伺いさせていただきました、
場所は、人形町になります、
外観は、通り沿い路面店です、風情ある外観です、
内装は、テーブル席のみ、シンプルな内装ものお蕎麦屋さんです。
風情ある街の風情あるお店になります。
蕎麦の種類は豊富で、丼も品数が揃います、
蕎麦屋の出汁の効いた親子度をいただく積りでしたが、
・出汁の効いたかつ丼でお願いしました、
蕎麦は、葱せいろう！
これになります。

出汁が効いてます、玉子、玉葱が美味しいです、
豚肉は薄切り固め、衣は柔らかい、まさに昔しながらの蕎麦屋のかつ丼です
可もなく、不可もなく、
葱せいろう☆
蕎麦、風味はそれほどありません。コシなども強くなく、
普通の蕎麦ですね、温の方が美味しいと思われます。
葱、温玉、天かす、が入る一見どこにでもある様な、ない様な、、
食べやすいつけ汁です
安心安定、
予定調和の味わいです
