お昼時、利用者は近所の務め人が多くを占めている感じです。それほど広くはない店内ですが、スタッフを揃えている今時珍しいお店です。
一番人気の鴨せいろを注文、先客への提供を見ているとやはり人気のようです。それ程長い時間を待たずに蒸籠到着。温かいつゆと一緒に。 冷たいつゆと思っていたもので、ちょっと意外でした。これが普通なのでしょうか？温かいと分かっていたら饂飩が良かったかも。。。と思いながら一口、蕎麦は細目です、 美味しいですね。蕎麦屋さんですから蕎麦で正解だったようです。つゆはかなり濃く仕上がっています。鴨はカップ〇ードルの肉位の大きさのものがコロコロしています。蕎麦湯はかなり大きめの器で隣の方と一緒に使うようです。隣の方が女性で、今のご時世他人が触った物は嫌がるかも知れないと思い先に済んだ私は蕎麦湯は遠慮しましたが、薄まればつゆは美味しそうでした。
本日も完食。ごちそうさまでした。
