平日のお昼時、たまたま人形町にいたので気になっていたこちらのラーメンを食べに行ってみた。
以前から昼と夜とで別業態になる二毛作のお店としてこの界隈では割と有名でしたしね。
“チャーシューメン”（750円）
お、醤油ベースのスープは複雑な感じもする味、鶏ガラだけじゃない気がします。
スープからは豚の香りもするかな？焼き豚と焼き鳥のお店だから豚ガラも使っていそう。
これはなかなか滋味深く、麺がもっと美味しければハマってしまいそうなあっさり醤油ラーメン。
焼豚は追加する程ではなかったので、今度来たら焼豚抜きで食べてみようと思います。
