久々にランチで訪問。
25年前から通う店。もう何十回というレベルで利用させていただいているものの、口コミ投稿はなんと今回が初。
当時から大将と息子さんの親子の掛け合いが好きだったが、コロナ前後から大将を見ないな。。。
今回も、カウンターの中に立つのは、若大将だけ。
若大将にも白髪が混じり初めていて25年の月日を感じる。。。
今日も変わらずテレビが付いている。
1人で来てもゆっくりまったりできる好きな店。
カウンターはいっぱいだったので、テーブルへ着席。
赤酢の握り「上」を堪能させていただく。
握りの大きさは、
すきやばし次郎と同じくらいの、若干スリムで上品な大きさ。
私は長年この赤酢のシャリがとても大好き。
ランチにお得なバラチラシもいいけど、赤酢のシャリを堪能するには、握りにするべきだと思う。
今回のネタでは、
赤貝と雲丹の軍艦がとても好み。
ガリも全て残さずいただきました。
