お盆連休中も、変わらず営業とありたがい。
ただ、魚市場が休場中なため、
本日は、“つて”で入れられる
お刺身しかないとのこと。
そりゃそうだということで頂いたのは、
アジのお刺身とナスの煮浸し、
山芋のたまり漬けなど。
アジのお刺身は盛り方も美しく、
身もしまっていて美味しいです。
ナスの煮浸しと山芋のたまり漬けも、
どちらも美味しくて、地酒が進みます。
ワンオペなので、途中までは大将も
てんてこ舞いでしたが、
余力が出ると、初見客の無駄話にも
お付き合いくださいます。
なにという名物や口コミがなくても、
なんとなく美味しくお酒がいただければ、
それは良いお店。
いい時間を過ごさせていただきました。
