ピラフをググるとレシピの次に
チャーハンとの違いが話題になる。
みんなピラフとチャーハンの違いを
知りたいんだな。
人間は知に餓えている。
だが俺は食に餓えている。
違いはどうでもいいが、早く食べたい。
久しぶりのエンドレス。
広い店内、客が埋まる時間はあるのか。
ランチタイムを外した時間は
ガラガラだから少し心配だが余計なお世話。
客が少ないから提供も早い。
雑な盛り方だが、味は変わらないだろう。
だが盛り方で、店に対する印象は変わる。
具材は海老とマッシュルーム、ベーコン、玉ねぎ。
メニュー写真ではパセリらしき緑が
振りかけられていたが、実際はなし。
ケアレスミスか、材料不足か、変更か。
バターの風味が強く、ピラフを食べてる実感は強い。
味付けはいいね。
そしてピラフに純和風の味噌汁を
合わせてくるあたり、なかなか。
視線の先、壁にはシャガールの絵画。
レプリカだろうけど
ホンモノと言われても俺には違いはわからない。
シャガールと書いていたから
シャガールなんだろう。
シャガールを鑑賞しながら
ピラフを食う俺。
