I had some business to do near here and happened to pass by when I saw this sign. Even though it's domestically produced soba, it's only 1,000 yen with Tempura included? You must be kidding? ? So I went into the store to see what it was like. I hadn't eaten breakfast that day and was quite hungry, so I ordered the extra 200 yen. (The photo shows the extra portion.) It was much larger than I had imagined, and I immediately regretted choosing the extra portion. . I wonder if I can eat it all? . . The most important thing is soba, but is it really 100%? ? It's smooth like udon, which makes you wonder. When I say 100%, it has a lumpy texture and a strong flavor, but this one has zero graininess, graininess, or aroma. It was so chewy that it was difficult to bite into it, so it had a strange texture that I had never eaten before, rather like udon. Tempura is generally small. I don't get the impression that the material is good or bad. The method of frying is a firm, crunchy batter. Even so, the special dish was a failure. I was pretty hungry, but I managed to finish the meal even though I was pretty full. Even so, ah! It ended up being a lunch just to fill my stomach! ! ! I was a little shocked, but since it's a private shop, I want to support them, so I decided not to give them a score. The journey of life where I meet shops that satisfy my heart continues ☺️
