2014/12/20（土）dinner
人形町の住人になって初めての夜。
最初は『今半』や『玉ひで』等の名店でと思いましたが、
引っ越し疲れから距離優先で。
駅から久松警察署の手前を左曲がる位置に、
3店舗程の飲食店が連なるビルがあります。
新住居の目と鼻の先。
ご近所の挨拶かねて、アポなしの飛び込み入店します。
ホルモン酒場という冠。
当然のように焼き肉屋かと思いきや、いわゆる鉄板焼屋で、
ホルモンはもちろんですが、鶏、豚、海鮮、野菜にお好み焼きという構成。
まずは、自信の一品からいただきます。
・東京下町ホルモン
元祖と銘打つホルモン。その焼き方に特徴があります。
国産和牛の小腸の部分を大量のもやしで蒸し焼き。天然のタジン鍋といったところです。
もやしがしんなりしてから頂きますが、多少の水っぽさからは逃れられない。
味は普通かな。
・豚トロ
・チョリソー…わかりやすい黒胡椒の味付け
・天たま（全部入り）…こちらは焼き上げて持ってきてくれる
次から次へお客さんが絶えない。
テーブル席はあいてるのにカウンターに集まり、会話を楽しんでらっしゃいます。
このあたりに住む常連さん達の食卓なのですね。
