「合家（ごーや）の名物はゴーヤチャンプル！」
人形町の路地。
なんて読むのだろうと気になっていた『合家』。
答え合わせについに来店。
沖縄料理屋にしてゴーヤと読むようだ。なるほど合点がいきました。
ボトルキープが多いのは常連さんに愛されている証拠。
沖縄といえば「海ぶどう」でしょう。これから入るのが常道です。
名物は「ゴーヤチャンプルー」
街の巨匠に選ばれたこともあるそうです。
白胡椒入りのとろとろの卵がゴーヤの余分な苦味をうまく逃している。
スパムや島豆腐は気分だけでも沖縄へ連れてってくれます。
続くはお肉！沖縄で肉といえば石垣牛とアグー豚です。
メニュー写真はサシが入ってめちゃくちゃ旨そうだった「石垣牛のタタキ」。
実際はピンクがかってはいるがサシは見当たらない。少し臭いもあり、これはいただけない。
もう１つは「軟骨ソーキ炙り焼」。
こちらはオススメなだけあり、軟骨がトロトロになるまで煮込んで柔らかい仕上げ。
コラーゲンたっぷりなのも嬉しいですね。
〆は島とうがらしたっぷりの「塩やきそば」
とにかく野菜たっぷり。もやし、人参、キャベツ、白ネギなど。
島とうがらしは卓上にもあるので物足りなければ追加できます。
一瞬ではありましたが沖縄気分を味わう事ができました。
