ランチ開拓部長と申します。
今回は合家に訪問です。
人形町唯一…かもしれない沖縄料理のお店です。
店内は沖縄感漂う開放的で明るい雰囲気。テーブル席と奥には小上がり席があります。
このお店、一時期二階は北海道料理を出す形態にしてみたりと試行錯誤していたみたいですが、現在は沖縄料理一本のようでした。
沖縄そば定食を注文。
スープはあっさりですが旨味が広がります。麺はピロピロでやや弾力あり。想像を裏切らない一般的な沖縄そばです。豚の角煮はとても柔く脂身も美味い。じゅーしー(炊き込みご飯)もついているのでボリューム的にも満足できます。最後はシークヮーサーのゼリーですっきりと。お茶もしっかりサンピン茶です。あ～沖縄気分。
また、こちらのお店は喫煙可なので吸わない人には厳しいですね。
