用事を済ませ、車に戻ろうと歩いていると、
歩道に立て看板。
よく見ると「沖縄そば」と書いてある。
へぇ、沖縄そばかぁ。
ソーキそばって言うんじゃないの？
違いがよくわからない。
どちらにしろ食べたことないなぁ。
行ってみるか！
確かに立て看板がないとお店には気がつかない場所。
メニューには沖縄っぽいメニューもあるが、
ここはシンプルに「沖縄そば」を大盛りで注文。
前金で精算。
しばらくして丼が一つドン！と置かれて、
いただきまーす！
スープはうどんのスープみたい、
魚系の出汁が優しいなぁ。
角煮はホロホロに解けていき、
これも美味い。
かまぼこは、、、
まさにうどん感を盛り立てる 笑
肝心の麺。
自家製麺とのぼりが出ていたが、
やはりそこはうどんとは違う。
少し硬めで、コシというより硬い。
すすりながら、なんだろこの見た目と食感。
既視感がある。
終わりの頃はっと気がつく。
赤いきつねを5分待たずに3分で食べたような感じだ。
そう思うと笑えてきた。
