On a weekday in early March, when it was still cold, I made a reservation with three friends and visited at 6pm. We were shown to a table for four at the back of the store. When it got crowded, I was told that I would only be seated for two hours, but luckily I was able to stay until almost closing time. First, we toasted with Carlsberg draft beer, and then had about 4 bottles of white and red wine. For the meal, I ordered Caesar salad with bacon and warm eggs, onion rings, and tagliata with beef skirt steak. Caesar salad goes well with crunchy lettuce, crispy fried bacon, and soft-boiled eggs. The onion rings were bigger than I expected and were fried crispy. Adding ketchup brings out the flavor of the onions. And beef skirt steak! When I had the soft skirt steak with the mushrooms, it was rich but easy to eat, and it went perfectly with the wine. Afterwards, we compared raw oysters from Iwate and Nagasaki, and enjoyed french fries, cutlets, risotto, and sautéed chicken. Everything is delicious and very satisfying! The cutlets in particular have a mille-feuille shape, and when combined with the cheese, they are very rich. Every dish was infused with a variety of innovations. It was so delicious that I ate too much. I'm very satisfied. Thank you for the meal. I'll come back later.
