昭和26年（1951年）頃に京都から東京・人形町に移転。平成17年（2005年）、現在の地にて営業開始。 |
週末の10:30頃にお店に到着しました。人形町で人形焼きを食べようと町をうろうろしていたのですが、人形焼きを売っている店は見つけられず、このお店を訪問。すごく小さなお店、おそらくはご夫婦お二人で営んでいるお店。魅力的な和菓子がある中、どら焼き260円を購入。店頭にあるベンチで食べました。手に取った感じからもすごく軽い感じがしました。焼き皮が薄い小麦色で、茶色の焼き目がうすくついています。餡は普通なのです、焼き皮がすごく軽いので、全体が軽く美味しいどら焼きでした。なかなかの味でした。
