オアシスバー昼の部として突如現れた「貝出汁らぁめん専門店」
もともとこちらの店長は、10年ほどラーメン屋で修業をしていたとのことで、
虎ノ門にある虎武さん監修のもと昼の時間を貝出汁らぁめん専門店としてリニューアルされたとか（と、各テーブルに説明書きがありました）
味は、醤油と塩と辛味噌の３種類あり、ノーマル・味玉入り・特製の中で選びます。
特製塩らぁめん 1,０５０円を注文
ちなみに、特製だとノーマルラーメンに味玉・チャーシュー2種類・海苔3枚がプラスされます。
食券を渡し、カウンターに座り待つこと5分、待つこと10分、、待つこと15分、、、待つこと20分経過した頃に、ラーメン到着！
お昼の繁忙時だからと理解しつつも、店内はカウンターとテーブル席を2つ使用しているだけの来客数で、ちょっと待たせすぎでは？
厨房にいる司令塔？の指示がないと店内に案内出来ないフロアの方がずっとアタフタしており、
事前研修が無かったのだろうと若干同情しました。
肝心のお味は、、
透き通ったスープの貝出汁スープは、想像以上に美味しい♪
生の紫玉ねぎもいいアクセントがあり、味玉は硬めでボリューミー
チャーシューも柔らかく非常に好みでした。

実際使用はできません
味はとても美味しかったものの、ランチタイムは比較的時間がないので、
7月になったら再チャレンジ予定ですね。
