会社の近所でランチです。
人形町通りを人形町から水天宮方面に歩き、マックの角を左に入ったところにあるビルの2階にお店はあります。
夜はバーなのですが、ランチタイムにラーメン屋として営業するようになったそうです。
平日お昼12:10頃、待ちなしで入れました。
注文したのは「貝出汁味玉塩らぁめん」(950円)。
貝出汁のスープはコクがあってどんどん飲んでしまいそうになります。
玉ねぎがアクセントになっていて、貝出汁とよく合っています。
貝と玉ねぎという組み合わせは私の愛する九十九里名産ということで、私の中では勝手に「九十九里ラーメン」と名付けてしまいました。
飲食店の皆さんは苦しいながらもこうして知恵を絞って頑張っているので、我々としては食べに行けるときはしっかり食べたいと思います。
