ランチタイムは終わりかけてるし、何を食べようか
う〜ん、今日のお腹は何腹だろう？
ん？ 何だこの立て看板。
貝出しラーメン？
もしかして、オレが、貝好き＆ラーメン好きって知ってたのかな？
これは行くしかないでしょ〜
えっ、ココ？
てっきり、この先にあった『俺のフレンチ』のあとにできたお店かと思った…。
あ、あっちは、二階にあった『さつま』が一階にも入ったのか。
ということは…あれ？ もしかして、ココってダーツ＆ビリヤードバーだったとこ？
へぇ〜、最近、新規開店したんだ。
よーし、入ってみよう。
階段で二階に上げるのか。
ちょっとただただならぬ雰囲気…。
あ、でも、入る前に中が見えるのは安心。
こういうのって、意外とホッとするんだよなぁ。
さぁ、どれどれ…。
おっ、食券方式ね。
メニューは2つ。
醤油らぁめんか塩らぁめん。
あ、期間限定で辛味噌らぁめんもあるのか。
で、煮玉子トッピング、特製、ノーマルが用意されていて、それ以外は個別にトッピングも可能という感じか。
この食券機の順番でいくと、醤油の煮玉子トッピングがオススメってことかな？
あ、あさりご飯も気になるなぁ〜
貝出汁らぁめんにあさりご飯。
無敵の貝コンボ。
元々、バーだっただけあって、店内もオシャレ。
コロナが落ち着いたら、いつでもお酒を出せそうなお店。
あれ？ カーテンの向こうに、まだビリヤード台がある。
よくみると、ダーツマシンもインテリアのように置かれている。
ということは、「ダーツ＆ビリヤードバー“だった”とこ？」って思ってたけど、ダーツ＆ビリヤードバーが一時的に業態変更をしただけってことか！
確かに、お酒が出せないとなると、ダーツ＆ビリヤードバーでは大変だもんな。
それにしても、昔取った杵柄でラーメンとは恐れいいる。
しかも、ちゃんと有名店に監修をしてもらう謙虚さも頭が下がる。
おっ、ラーメン到着。
おぉ、何とも美しい見た目。
玉ねぎ、長ねぎ、チャーシュー、ほうれん草、煮玉子…。
う～ん、いい。
この貝出汁スープ、美味しい。
麺は細めん。
この上品な貝出汁スープにピッタリ。
ほんのりピング味を帯びたチャーシューもスープでしっかり熱が通ったみたいだけど、それでも柔らかくて、しっかり味がしみている。
おっ、途中で味変。
黒煎り七味と柚子胡椒。
全然、味に飽きてないけど、せっかくだからね。
あ、なるほど、こう変わるのか。
あぁ〜、これどっちも美味いなぁ〜
スープの味がどんどん変わって、それでいい。
あ、あさりご飯も忘れちゃいけない。
ん？ 味はちょっと薄めだけど、あさりの出汁がしっかり染みてて美味い。
あさりの量も、かなり入っていて、幸せ気分。
ヤバい、ヤバい。
このまま全部食べちゃいそうな勢い。
でも、やっぱり最後は、ラーメンのスープをかけて、こうだよね。
あ、なるほど！
あさりご飯の味が薄めなのは、このラーメンのスープをかけた時に完成とさせるためなのか。
いや〜、この雑炊、美味いなぁ。
これだけ、もう一杯、いきたい気分になる。
ハァー大満足。
こんなラーメンを食べられる店が、人形町にできたとは。
次回は塩らぁめんにも挑戦してみよう。
醤油らぁめんも十二分に美味しかったけど、個人的には貝出汁は塩の方が合う気がするんだよね。
