Tabelog Oasis Bar Ningyocho is located in Ningyocho, almost along the main street, but a little bit behind the main street. The exterior is restaurant on the second floor of a multi-tenant building. It is a Ramen store during the day and a BAR with darts and billiards at night. On the way back from the parking lot, I found a poster of Kai Dashi Shio Ramen on the street. ♦️ Asari gohan ♦️ Special Kai Dashi Shio Ramen ・Broiled pork, Ajitama, Nori, Spinach. Onion, leek Soup☆ Thick soup made by simmering asari, scallop, and kelp, this soup is combined with chicken soup stock and chicken broth. Salt ☆ Natural sun-dried salt from Kochi Prefecture Thin, straight noodles with whole wheat flour kneaded into the noodles. Ramen The staff recommends you to make zosui with rice and asari (scallion).
