小伝馬町交差点側のフレッシュネスバーガー。結構な人気店で、訪れたのは平日の14:00過ぎでしたが、ほぼ満席。特に二階の喫煙スペースは大盛況でしたね。4月からどーすんだろ？
さてさて今回は『フレッシュネスバーガー＋オニオンリングセット』を注文しました。バンズはフレッシュネスバーガーオリジナルの黄色いフカフカバンズで仄かな甘味が特徴的。割りと厚めのバンズにミートソースがちょこんとかかっています。
このソースは濃い目のモスバーガーと比べると少し主張が弱い感じですが、素材の質感が高いので、お互いの存在感を生かすいい塩梅の味わいですね。オニオンリングはカリカリでボリュームたっぷり。個人的にはもう少し生っぽい方が好みかもしれません。
混みあっていたので居心地は今一つでしたが、定期的に通いたくなるお店です。
