日本橋大伝馬町にある小さな隠れ家的イタリアン。場所は人形町と小伝馬町の間にあり、この日はここで洒落たランチを頂こうと13時頃に突撃しました。
店内は細長く、左右に所狭しと二人掛けのテーブル席が全部で9卓並んでいます。カウンターもあるようですが、この日は機能していないようでした。
注文時は、ご夫婦らしきマスターと奥様がにこやかにまたテキパキと対応してくれましたが、レギュラーメニュー表の一番上にある料理は間違いないと考え、『自家製サルシッチャラグーとキャベツのスパゲッティーニ(¥950)』をオーダーしました。
先にサラダとスープが配膳されます。両方ともミニサイズでメインを待つにはちょうど良いボリューム。サラダはロメインレタスにイタリアンドレッシングで、スープは玉子スープ。スープの器は嘴のように尖っていて可愛らしいフォルムですね。お行儀悪いのですが、スプーンを使わずに直接嘴に口を付けて頂きました。
メインのパスタは思っていたよりも十分な量。大盛りにするかどうか迷っていたんですが、しなくて良かったと安堵。オイルベースの塩味にペコリーノチーズの微かな香り。しっかりアルデンテに茹でられていて、満足の歯応えです。
トッピングのサルシッチャは腸詰めにせず煮込んでいますので、ホロホロかつ柔らか。塩気は控え目で最近血圧が気になる自分にはちょうど良いのかも。
もうすぐ食べ終わろうかとしていた絶妙なタイミングで配膳されたドルチェは、ブルーベリーソースのかかったパンナコッタ。チビっとした量がまた男子でも抵抗なく食べられます。
正直、際立つポイントは無いのですが、お料理の平均点の高さといい、お店の落ち着いた雰囲気といい、トータルバランスに優れていると思います。ドリンクは別料金ではありますが、このラインナップで¥950というのもかなりお得。普段使いには素晴らしいお店なのではないでしょうか。
