ワインバル コレット【トマトソーススパイスカレー気分】2021カレー78店166食

■本日のランチセット:自家製カレーランチ[限定10食]〜骨付き鶏モモ肉のチキンカレー〜 ¥900
小伝馬町近くの裏通りで、ワインバルが看板にカレーと書いているのを先日見たので今日はそれを食べるつもりで来てみた。
それ以外の全てがスパゲッティメニューで、明らかに生パスタ推しの店だ。それで、骨付き鶏モモ肉のチキンカレーと、鶏とチキン！と、メニュー中に2回も記すほどに鶏推しな様子が楽しみになる。
前菜で出てきたサラダがとても美味しい。日頃食べるインド料理屋とは別世界の味。思いっきりイタリアンであることを認めた。
出てきたカレーは、ご飯がなかったら、明らかにスパゲッティのトマトソースに見える。そこに大きなチキンレッグが乗っていて、ナイスプロテインなワンプレートだ。
これが、食べてみても予想した通りに、思いっきりスパゲッティ向きなトマトソースで構成されるカレーだった。これはこれでとても美味しい。とても美味しいけど、カレーと言われると少しばかり？と首を傾げる。でも、「カレーは自由」なので、どんな料理も作った人が「カレー」と言ったらカレーなのである。このカレーは、トマトソースがチリでちょっぴりピリリとするけど、やっぱりパスタ向きなトマトソースだ。パスタで食べたら美味しさ倍増のような気がする。でも、このコメは秋田こまちだろうこ、ミルキープリンセスだろうか、粒が小さくてこのソースにとても馴染みの良い口当たりなので、それもまたいい。
つまり、美味しかったのだ。その一方でカレーを食べた気分にはならなかった。でも、カレーと言ったらカレーだよw
