Although it's located off the main road and out of the way, the restaurant is almost full at lunchtime. I haven't had much of a chance to visit before, but I happened to be passing by on a late afternoon and there was a table available, so I went in right away. The lunch menu (1,000 yen including tax and salad and drink) has a total of 5 types: 4 types of pasta and pork vindaloo curry. I ordered a large serving of "Napolitan" (+100 yen) and a hot coffee after the meal. I pick up my lunch salad and wait for my pasta. The Neapolitan that arrived was made with tomato sauce instead of ketchup, and the ingredients were green peppers, paprika, onions, bacon, and shimeji mushrooms. The sourness and sweetness of the tomatoes are so good. The pasta is fresh and has a chewy, emulsified finish. It's different from the Neapolitan I was expecting, but it's delicious. In the middle of the meal, I started to get tired of the taste, so I got some spicy olive oil and sprinkled it with just the right amount, which doubled the flavor and devoured it all at once. Finished with coffee. The fresh pasta was delicious! It had a taste that made me look forward to the next one.
