夕飯を食おうと神田方面から探して、
客が多いのでやめた×５回で、
こちらに辿り着いた。
先にも後にも客は僕だけ。
出前が盛んなようで調理はガンガン。
僕が入ってきたのが意外なようで、
客席の照明は消えていた。
東北人の中華屋のようだ。
食べほーもありそうなので、
無難なところを狙って。
・五目チャーハン (2.5)
ドライにパラパラ。
事前カット野菜たくさん。
味付けが濃くは無いのが良い。
・ラム肉串焼き (3.0)
４本縛り。
たーっぷりの孜然の粉。
肉が見えないほど。
それほど鮮度が良い孜然ではないので、
これくらいかけて調度良い感じ。
肉は美味しいところと、
そうじゃないところと。
客が少ないお店はコロナ禍では
ありがたいです。
