必ずと言っていいほど，肉の上に振られる白い粉。
焼肉屋は無化調とはほど遠い料理だと思っていました。
確かに化調振ってあると美味しいです。が，
しばらくした後の舌がマヒしたような感じや
喉の渇きが苦手で…
しかし，遊心さんは違います。
遊心さんは和食×焼肉をコンセプトにしたお店で，
自家製・無化調にこだわっており，前菜～メインの肉はもちろん，
タレやコチュジャンまで自家製で行い無化調！
無化調だけではなく，仕事が細かいのも美味しさの秘密だと思います。
和食の技法を取り入れているだけに，数種類の出汁引きを行い，
お料理ごとに変えているなど，焼肉屋の仕事ではないほど仕事が細かいです。
そのため，お肉だけでなく，季節ごとに代わる前菜もとても美味しいです。
遊心さんの良いところは1枚から注文ができるので，
私は前菜つまみにお酒を飲み，お酒とつまみを堪能したのち，
まるでお寿司屋のように，その日のおすすめのお肉を
数枚お任せでいただくというオーダーをさせてもらってます。
なかでもシャトーブリアンをあえて薄切りで提供する
「究極の赤身」はとてもおすすめです。
おそらく入れ歯の人でも食べれるのではないか？という柔らかさ。
舌触りもとても滑らかで，とても美味しいです。
そして〆の一品も冷麺やクッパなども，和のテイストが感じられる品が多く
最後の一品まで美味しくいただけます。
毎週通いたくなる，本当におすすめのお店です。
