人形町駅から徒歩10分程の日本橋浜町公園の近くにある『新東京焼肉 遊心（あそびごころ）』。
2014年にオープンした、A5ランクの黒毛和牛を炭火焼きで味わえる地元で人気の焼き肉である。
店内にはカウンター6席とテーブル席があり、親切なスタッフが和牛の部位を説明した後、一枚一枚自家製のつけダレでにくぐらせて丁寧に焼いてくれる。
今夜は初めてお店を訪問し、黒毛和牛の希少部位の焼き肉を堪能した。

◉和牛の希少部位がたくさんあり、量をを半分にしたり、1枚ずつ注文しても大丈夫。お客さんの我儘を聞いてて貰えるからとても良い。
また一品料理やタレは全て化学調味料を使わずに無添加で調理している。
スタッフはとても親切丁寧で居心地の良い焼き肉屋です。
