前回パパ友に招待いただき自身も会員になれたので、今度は会社のメンバーでの訪問。このメンバー、私以外は都内を縦横無尽に旨いもの巡りをしている強者達ですが、こちらのお店をご案内した際にとても喜んでもらえました。
店の形態を変え今の会員制となったらしいのですが、来訪時に次の予約をとり、おそらく毎日満席の様子。有名な焼肉店でこのスタイルを取るお店も多いようですが、コースで仕入れも一定にできますし、そのため上質なお肉をリーズナブルにいただけるので、たしかにお店とお客がwin-winとなる素敵な仕組みですね。
お料理は写真を撮り忘れましたが、いくつかのキムチの中でトマトが秀逸でした。キムチの辛さの中に、トマトの甘味が重なり、その場で店長さん？がつくり方も教えてくれました。
コースは赤身系と霜降り系と前半戦後半戦に分かれていて（逆かも）、すき焼き仕立ての一品なども最高のひと品です。小さな冷麺もスルッといただきました。
ここでは書きませんがいろいろとエンタテインメント性もあり、友人と楽しい夕飯をすごすことができるお店なのですが、知命の歳となる身には少々ボリュームが多く満腹気味でもあります。
元気に楽しく焼肉をいただき続けられるようでいたいものですね。
