A series of shops that I have passed by many times, but for some reason have never entered. This time, I had weekday lunch at this Thai Cuisine restaurant. A staff member stands outside the store and sells Bento (boxed lunch), but for eat-in, there is a proper space on the first basement floor. Go down the stairs and enter the store. There are 8 types of lunch menu including daily specials. For an additional 100 yen, you can easily add mini-sized kapao, soup, curry, etc. This time, I ordered the set of ``Gapao Tom Yum Soup / 950 yen''. What immediately appeared was a plate of stir-fried minced meat with basil and rice topped with a fried egg. Tom Yum Soup is served in a large, flat mug. First of all, just rip it off without adding any seasoning. Hmmmm, Gapao has a mild version for Japanese people. The spices are muted, so if you're expecting an authentic Thai taste, you might be disappointed. Personally, I think it's my favorite flavor. If you add nam pla in the middle, the taste will change completely. The power of fermented seasonings like this is amazing. Thank you for bringing out new flavors and depth. The tom yum soup is also mild. The spices and taste are weak, and only the sourness stands out. This may not be my favorite. I think I want a little more spiciness. I finished it in no time. The customer base was mostly office ladies from the surrounding area, and the deep store was quite busy. The prices are reasonable, and the customers are served by soft-spoken staff. Isn't it a good store?
