あまりこの辺りのエリアには来ないのだけれど、近隣で検索をかけたらめっちゃ良さそうなお店があったので電話をしてみると来店可能とのこと！早速予約をお願いして来店です。
オフィス街の路地に灯りの灯っているお店が。入り口が小さい古民家のようなお店。店内も古木を多様に使用した空間で雰囲気あります。
こちらのお店、食べログでパッとみるとどんなお店かな？と思うかも分かりませんが、表現するれなくなっているのがあれば「蕎麦呑み」のできるお店です。
会津地鶏と蕎麦。まさにこれ。
私たちはすでに数軒目だったので笑、お通しの前菜盛り合わせと串二本と、厚揚げ薬味みょうがを注文。
ってか、お通しの前菜からすでにうまい。丁寧に7種類。これだけでお店の実力がわかるってものです。
そして、焼鳥がめちゃめちゃうまい。
皮がカリカリっとしていて、しっとりふっくら焼き上げられた焼鳥。めちゃめちゃうまい。何本も食べたい感じ。笑
そして、このお店に来て蕎麦食べない人、いねぇーよなーーー！！！？（by 東京リベンジャーズ）
ってことで連れと二人で
北海道産そば 温かいお蕎麦 かけ
茨城産そば 冷たいお蕎麦 辛味大根
を注文。
蕎麦粉の産地の食べ比べというマニアック具合。笑
これがまた楽しい。
温かい蕎麦も蕎麦粉の香りが実によく立つ。
冷たい蕎麦は辛味大根でピリリと。お汁がうまいんだなぁ。
お店のカウンターに大きな甕が置いてあり、そこでつゆに使用するお醤油を熟成させているのだとか。
こだわりの先に至高の味が垣間見えるお店。また行きたい！！
