shabu shabu bar in Ningyocho
A casual shabu shabu bar. Virus-safe with one pot per person. Enjoy domestic meat with 5 types of soup stock to choose from. |
人形町交差点から１ブロック北上して、スタバを左へ曲がったところです。
前はスペインバル？でその前はスープカレーのお店があったところです。
ＯＰＥＮしてから、１週間位経ちましたでしょうか、様子を見てきました(^^)
今回出来たお店は、何と「しゃぶしゃぶ」のお店だとか(＠_＠;)
平日ランチタイム、２人で行ってきました。
店内は思いの外狭く、厨房は以前と同じレイアウトでしたが、カウンター席が４席
（といっても、実際に使えるのは２席か？）
４人掛け席が３卓、３人掛け席が１卓でした。
４人席とさ３人席が空いていたので、入口近くの３人席へ陣取ります。
直後に３人組みＯＬさんが来店、４人席へ陣取り、めでたく満席です(笑）
早速、メニューを拝見すると、こんな感じでした。

早速、冷しゃぶの豊熱もち豚ランチをお願いしました。
カウンター席の端にはサラダバーがあります。これは嬉しいですね。
良く聞くと、ご飯、味噌汁、サラダバー、そしてＩＣまで、お代わり自由とか(^O^)／
これは、なかなかのＣＰですね。程なく、冷しゃぶが提供されました。早速いただきました。
おろしポン酢に刻み葱といりこがふられています。ベースには湯がいたもやし。
しっかりと冷やされた豚肉は、おろしポン酢に良く馴染んでなかなかの美味でしたね^^
しかし、メインディッシュ以外はすべてお代わり自由とは太っ腹ですね。
席数が少ないので、あまりサービスしすぎて滞在時間が長くなると、回転悪くなるので、
痛し痒しという感じがしますが(笑）
いつまで、オールおかわり無料を続けるかはわかりませんが、なかなかどうして、
美味しくて、ＣＰ抜群のお店の登場ですね(^^)
会社からも近いので、また伺う事になると思いますね。ごちそうさまでした♪
