この日は学生時代の仲間と新年会。
浜町のお店ということで昼から日本橋周辺をウロウロ食べ歩きした上で満を持して夕方からの宴会に参加しました。
お店に入ると2Fの座敷に案内されました。
お隣さんとふすま一枚はあるものの、半個室なのは良いところです。
この日はゆっくり3時間くらい楽しみました。
料理は「水炊き」に飲み放題がついた8,000円のコースを。
ドリンクの注文はスマホからでした。
最近、スマホ注文が普通になってきましたね。
■『水炊き鍋コース』5800円+飲み放題2時間2200円付き
・前菜盛合せ
・逢鳥サラダ
・逸品料理
・串焼きおまかせ三種
・水炊き鍋
・〆の雑炊
・デザート
コース料理には、サラダ、串焼きが3本、唐揚げなどが最初に出てきて、この大きな唐揚げだけでもかなりのボリュームでした。
その後の「水炊き」も鳥肉も野菜もたっぷり。
鍋には最初からスープが入っており、それでじっくりと煮込んでいきました。
誰が言ったか味わいは「上品な天一」。
関西出身の我々は「天一」が大好きなので、もちろん好みの味わいでした。
鍋は自分で入れていくのですが、男の鍋なので入れ方はざっくり。
それでも美味しくなるのは鍋の良さかと思います。
鳥肉自体も美味しいですが、大きなシイタケや厚揚げ、たっぷりのネギが入っているのも良かったです。
鍋の後の〆でもごはんをしっかりチャージ。
終始ボリュームがしっかりしたコースでした。
最後にデザートも頂いてフィニッシュ。
座敷でゆっくりとできたこともあり、尽きない話もしっかりと楽しめました。
