次女が寝ている間に長女とお茶休憩です。
まだランチをしている人もいる中カフェ利用を伝えて店内へ。
数組いましたが空いていました。
フルーツタルトとクリームブリュレ、紅茶を頼んで待ちます。
待ちます。
、、、。
なかなか来ません。
私たちよりも後に入ったお客様のランチはとっくに来ているのに。（涙）
子連れに何もないこの待ち時間は少しきつかったです。
やっときました。
長女リクエストのフルーツタルト。
案の定食べません。
ふふふ。それを見越してのクリームブリュレですよ。
フルーツタルトはオーダーしてからフルーツをカットして並べてくれたのでしょうか。
ナパージュされていないフルーツの上に粉糖のかかったタルトです。
柑橘系と聞きましたがりんご、いちご、金柑がひとスライス、ブルーベリーでした。
メインはりんごですかね。
驚くべきは白い部分が生クリームではなくクリームチーズだったこと。
クリームチーズは好きですがタルトにするのは初めてです。
ヘルシーですね。
個人的には生クリームであって欲しかったですが。
クリームブリュレは文句なしに美味しかったです。
