小伝馬町駅から、南西に少し行った辺り。
以前は、お勝手という変った名のうどん屋さんがあったところですね。
今年の３月にOPENしたようですから、そろそろ４ヶ月。
すっかり落ち着いたかなと思い、平日ランチタイム、立ち寄ってみました。
夜は居酒屋、昼はランチという典型的なお店の様でした。
店内レイアウトはまんま、以前の居抜きでしたね。
まずは、厨房のところで、注文＆会計です。本日の日替り定食の一つ、
サバの塩焼定食をチョイス、￥７００なり。
プラスチックの食券を受取り、席で待ちます。
先客は７割方入っておりました。リーマンとＯＬさんばかり。
店内の広さに割には大きすぎるほどのＴＶがセットされて流れていました。
お店は３人での切り盛り、ホール担当の年配男性は外のお弁当販売もこなすので、
なかなか忙しい感じでしたね。
意外にも少し待ちました。６~７分ほどでしたか。
魚の下焼きがどこまでしてあったかによるのでしょうけれど。
厨房から女性スタッフが、配膳してくれました。
◆ サバの塩焼き 脂の乗りは良い感じでしたが、小骨が多かったですね。
同じ皿に、一口ですがきんぴらごぼうと出汁巻き玉子付き。
小骨を端に置いたりするのに邪魔でした。やはり小鉢で別にして頂きたいかな。
で、今回の料理の中で一番美味しかったのは、このたった一口分の出汁巻き玉子！
薄らとした甘さの中に出汁が効いてて、これは美味い！きんぴらは普通でした。
◆ 味噌汁 熱々でおあげが入っていました。無難に美味しかったですね。
◆ ご飯 どうしたのでしょう？このパサついたご飯は。この手のお店で
ご飯がこれではいかんなぁというレベル。
瑞々しい炊き加減のご飯を、切にお願いします。このご飯で定食全体の評価が
がくんと下がってしまいましたよ。
まぁ、ご飯に関しては残念でしたが、人気のカレーなんかだったら、
そんなに気にならないだろうし、微妙なところですね。
夜は判りませんが、お昼は結構お客さん入っていましたので、
軌道に乗っているのかもしれません。
