お料理上手なお母さんだったらしい
週が明けて、先週の金曜日にカレーがないとわかり、日を改めて来ることにした「おっ母さん」というお店にさっそくやってきました
先週の話では、全品手作りというこちら「おっ母さん」
そういえば、“おふくろ“だとか“おかあさん“だとかと名乗る定食屋さんは、学生時代を過ごした早稲田や、社会人になってまだ間もない頃に独身寮生活をした明大前にもあったけれど、いずれも学生街だからということか、値段は安いけれど、出てくるおかずは冷凍食品らしきものが中心というようなお店だったように記憶しています
このあたり、料理上手なお母さんもいれば、家計のやりくりが上手なお母さんもいるということなのだろうけれど、さて、こちらの「おっ母さん」は、はたしてどちらのタイプなのかな
検温と手指の消毒を済ませてから店内に入ってみれば、こちら、ランチタイムは前払いで注文済の番号札を受け取って待つシステムとのことで、私はお店の前に置かれていたボードのなかで目についていた「豚バラソース炒め・チキン南蛮(820円)」をオーダーしました
で、ややあってやってきた「豚バラソース炒め・チキン南蛮」は、おかずが盛り合わせになった魅惑のルックス
こういうやんちゃそうな盛り方って、そそるんだよなぁ
ソース炒めというのが、馴染みがなくて、なんだかなぁと思っていたけれど、いただいてみればなかなかの珍味
考えてみれば、ソース焼きそばの具の肉だって、ソースで炒められているわけだから、これはこれでアリですね
一方、チキン南蛮の唐揚げも、ちょうどいい揚げ加減だし、本場に寄せようとして、変に酸味を加えていないところがありがたい

こちら、かなり料理上手なお母さんだったようです
こうなると、是非カレーはいただいてみたくなるし、夜の部の酒肴も気になってきますね

I came to Imoya in the hinterland of Bakurocho, thinking that the temporary closure had ended, but unfortunately, the closure had been extended by one day, and I ended up missing out again on a weekend lunchtime. As someone who had come all the way, I wanted to complain, but in any case, I couldn't help but go back to Kodenma-cho and visit "Osama-san" again. It's not that it's delicious, but I was impressed by the home-made taste of all of the items at "Osama-san." To tell you the truth, I was hoping for something like Stamina Yakiniku (Grilled meat) or something like curry. Lately, I've been checking the menu on the board in front of the restaurant every time, but if I want to come back before I leave this place, it's about time for me to come back, and if I'm going to be an emergency relief pitcher, I'd like to order something like that. When I entered the store, I paid in advance and ordered ``Salt mackerel and Karaage chicken (830 yen)'' which was listed as ``recommended!!'' on the board in front of the store. "Mackerel and Karaage" Once you try it, you'll be relieved by the homemade, home-made taste that it always has.From my interactions with the staff, it seems like the number of regulars is high, and it's a restaurant where you won't get tired of eating this kind of food even if you go there every day.
