□10月6日 初訪問
お目当てのラーメン屋さんはシャッターが閉まってたので踵を返して当店へ。
この通り、ステーキもカレーも人気店がありいずれも未訪問ですが、朝からラーメン気分だったので少しズレますが麺は麺。
店頭のお弁当販売は日本の方でなく、店内に入るとテキパキとしてやはり中華系の方です。
☆ジャージャー麺+半チャーハン (850円)
メニューとプライスからするとかなりのコスパです。
さて、4〜5分で着膳。半チャーハンは作り置きだと直ぐに分かり、ジャージャー麺は味噌餡がしっかり乗ってキュウリと長ネギが結構な量で添えられて有ります。
先ずジャージャー麺…10年以上振りですが、麺だけ温めて作り置きの餡を乗っけてといった感じでしょうか。甘めの味噌餡と長ネギのピリ辛に加え香りのバランスがとても良く、キュウリがサッパリとさせてくれます。
チャーハンはかなりの期待外れ、ボソボソしてる上に油っぽい感じでおまけにぬるい感じでした。
ジャージャー麺は久し振りで正直比べようがありませんがまあまあだと思います。スープと杏仁豆腐があったのでコスパは良いとしても半チャーハンが残念でした。
でも普通にチャーハンをオーダーしたら熱々の出来立てが出てくるのではないでしょうかね^_^
