Huh? The staff has changed?
I went there for the first time in a while, and the female staff who used to be on the floor are gone? Have they been replaced? The kitchen too? The menu items on the table have also changed. I don't know if it's just the staff who have changed, or if the management has changed, because I didn't ask. Both the previous staff and the current staff are very considerate in every way. I wanted to eat Tianjin rice, but I ordered stone-grilled mapo tofu. It wasn't spicy. It seemed like something everyone could eat. It was delicious. The bean sprout noodles that were brought out looked delicious. I'll try it next time.

[5 minutes walk from Kayabacho] Popular dumplings and stone-grilled mapo tofu! Special Chinese cuisine made from handmade sauces
We make many of our seasonings by hand, and offer Chinese cuisine that you won't find anywhere else. The mapo tofu, served in a hot stone pot with the aroma of Japanese pepper, is a must-try! Our spac |
Lunch, bean sprout soba set The food was brought to me in a few minutes. As expected from Chinese food, it was fast. It was my first time to try salt-based Ramen with bean sprouts. The soup was strong, the aroma of the stir-fry, the saltiness, and the oiliness were exquisite, and the flavor was strong but not salty. I was surprised at how delicious it was. I often fail at salt-based ramen because it's vague and I think they just put a little salt in the water, but I'm glad I tried it today. Above all, the bowl doesn't move. There is a non-slip sheet under the bowl to prevent it from moving, and it's a small consideration. I think it makes a big difference whether you can imagine this and whether you notice it or not. It's a common pattern with chopsticks, but the noodles are smooth, but the chopsticks are smooth plastic. You can't grab them, and even if you do grab them, the noodles slide off, the soup splashes, and your clothes and face get dirty... I don't understand why... There are really a lot of restaurants like that. And the thick noodle Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle)... I'm sure this restaurant's attention to detail will have a positive impact on something in the future. I'm rooting for you.
