I went there for the first time in a while, and the female staff who used to be on the floor are gone? Have they been replaced? The kitchen too? The menu items on the table have also changed. I don't know if it's just the staff who have changed, or if the management has changed, because I didn't ask. Both the previous staff and the current staff are very considerate in every way. I wanted to eat Tianjin rice, but I ordered stone-grilled mapo tofu. It wasn't spicy. It seemed like something everyone could eat. It was delicious. Lunch, bean sprout soba set The food was brought to me in a few minutes. As expected from Chinese food, it was fast. It was my first time to try salt-based Ramen with bean sprouts.
