自家焙煎コーヒーと銅板パンケーキのくつろぎカフェ
白い壁に大きな木のドアが目印のカフェ・オーレ！水天宮 ドアを開けると香ばしいコーヒーの香りが漂い、パステルカラーの壁と カラフルな小物たちが明るい気分にさせてくれる、くつろぎの空間です。 コーヒーは新鮮な豆をご提供できるよう、少量づつ焙煎しております。 また、コーヒーのお供には、自慢の銅板で焼き上げた、パンケーキがオススメ！ 外はこんがり、中はふんわりのパンケーキはちょっとなつかしい、やさしい味わ |
コーヒーとパンケーキのお店のようですが、滞在時間20分だったため、コーヒーだけ頂きました。（パンケーキは焼くのに20分かかるようです）
コーヒーは数種類あり、自分の好みに合わせて、香り高く苦味とコクのあるものを選びました。焙煎度合いはすべて中深煎りでした。
マンデリン ミトラ G1 @650＋税。
どれもあまり見ない名称で、正直味の想像がつかない中で選びました笑。
結構良いお値段なので、少しずつ楽しみましたが、鼻の感覚が鈍いのか、あまり強い香りは感じませんでした。味のバランスはすごくよくとれていて、苦味・酸味どちらかが出過ぎていることなく、飲みやすい仕上がりでした。もちろん雑味もなく、ゆっくりじんわりと奥深さを感じたくなる味わいでした。
税込で700円オーバーを考えるとうーん…という感じですが、クオリティには満足です。
子供NGなので、またひとりの時間が作れた時にパンケーキを頂きに来たいと思います。
