バーガー好きで良い店を探し歩いていますが、久しぶりに名店に出会いました。仕事のお客様から紹介頂きました。私は初めて行くバーガー店では、必ずベーコン、チーズバーガーにして、レタスとトマトを抜きます。これを味わうことによりお店のこだわりを教えて頂きます。2回目からはメニュー通りにして、バランスへのこだわりを教えて頂きます。バンズの厚みや馴染み具合や焼き具合、お肉、挽き具合、固め（つなぎ）具合、焼き具合、チーズの大きさ、ベーコンという準主役へのこだわり方。そしてお店ならではのソースへのこだわり。全てここは調和にこだわっていらして、互いに邪魔をせず主張していました。とても美味しかったです。次はぜひシグナチャーメニューのバーガーを頂きに参ります。
