Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant is located on the second floor of a building, about a 3-minute walk from Ningyocho Station on each line. A regular? I visited with the attendant of an acquaintance. Although I had only reserved a seat, they were great at taking me to the restaurant to order courses on the day! ! (Please check with the staff as it depends on the type of course and the availability of meat) <What I ordered> ●6000 yen course - Assortment of 6 appetizers (Prosciutto, roast beef, Chinese cabbage kimchi, namul, radish kimchi, yellow kimchi) - Salad ・2 pieces of top tongue (salt) ・Japanese black beef skirt steak (salt) ・Assortment of 4 kinds of Japanese black beef Yakiniku (Grilled meat) (2 pieces of Japanese black beef, 2 pieces of rib-covered meat, core loin, shinshin) ・Assortment of 4 kinds of hormones (heart, marucho, liver) , Crunchy) ・ Cold Noodles or hot noodles The following is a la carte ・Beef bone (secret menu) ・Oki rice Onigiri ・Matsuba crab soup ・Bottle of wine (red) Can I share the 6 types of appetizers and salad with multiple people? I love the sense of volume. The staff was wonderful in explaining the various appetizers in detail. The tightly trimmed upper tongue allows you to enjoy the unique texture of the tongue even though it is thinly cut. On the other hand, the skirt steak is thickly sliced, so it is grilled medium and served with salt, wasabi, and a special sansho sauce. Among the sauce Yakiniku (Grilled meat), the one that stood out to me was the tsuchinoko, which was named because of the mysterious part of the meat. When I looked into it, it turned out to be meat from the lower back, which has a concentrated flavor unique to the hind legs. The meat is soft and easy to bite into, rather than having a dense and firm texture like the Shinshin from the same dish. Even though the cutlet and core loin are adjacent to each other, their marbling and meat quality are completely different. I wonder if the restaurant intentionally arranged Tsuchinoko, Shinshin, Kaburi, and Chin loin so that you can enjoy comparing them. By the time I ate the 4 types of offal, the charcoal from the shichirin was starting to settle down, so I grilled the striped butterfly to remove the fat, quickly grilled the heart that could be eaten as sashimi, and the liver, and grilled the crunchy bits over low heat. A la carte beef bone is a common part of beef ribs. If you cut the portion with just the right amount of fat into cubes and eat it with the sauce, it will go great with a bowl of rice. Oki's Onigiri are large (compare them with the scissors in the background), so I cut them in half and shared them. Made with rice and rock seaweed harvested in Oki (Shimane Prefecture?), it's delicious enough to eat normally, but if you order the Matsuba crab soup and eat it like porridge, it will be three times more delicious. hey. Cold Noodles with the last Cold Noodles or hot noodles. I'm the type of person who enjoys the flavor of soup stock without too much vinegar, and I'm not a big fan of sour foods, so this is a blessing. I finished it by sprinkling white pepper without adding vinegar. On the day I visited, there was only one staff member in charge of the hall, and it's not a large restaurant, so reservations are recommended. When I thought of Ningyocho, I had the image of long-established Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), but from now on, Yakiniku (Grilled meat) may be an option.
