老舗肉屋や焼鳥屋そして焼肉屋と人形町界隈には美味しい肉料理屋がたくさんある。
そんな肉激戦で、最近気に入ってるのがこちらのお店。
どれくらい気に入ってるかというと2019年締め焼肉に選んだくらい。
肉の美味しさと、値段と、お店の雰囲気のバランスがちょうどいい。
場所は人形町通りを人形町から小伝馬町方面に向かってすぐ。ビルの2階にある。
店内の雰囲気はスタイリッシュで清潔感あり。
5卓ほどでそんなに広くはないけど、窮屈な感じはない。
店員さんの接客も爽やかで居心地がいい。
何を食べても美味しいけど、
お気に入りは生ハムと上タンと牛骨山。
生ハムはその名前から想像するものとは一線を画す。どちらかというとローストビーフみたいな感じ。赤身肉を使っているそうだけど霜も程よく入ってて口の中でいい感じにとろける。
上タンは一人前でもたっぷりで、付け合せがネギではなくて玉ねぎなところがポイント。しっとりしていて程よい厚みのタンとの相性が素敵。
牛骨山って、このお店で初めて知った部位。
骨の周りの肉をブロック状に切ったもの。骨は付いてないから安心。6面をしっかり焼くと、外はカリッと、でも分厚いので中はとってもジューシーで美味しいの。
キムチなどの副菜もちゃんと美味しいところがよい。
あと、虎マッコリを置いているところも魅力的。
2020年もお世話になること間違いない。
